After graduation I entered the United States Marines on Sept 8 (My Birth Date). I have served in Somalia, the Adriatic Sea (Bosnian Conflict), East Timor, Afghanistan, and Iraq. I have visited to many countries to mention, generally: Europe, Asia, Africa (went on safari there). I have submitted for retirement and will hopefully spend my last year in San Antonio. I don’t know if I will make the reunion, but I will try. I recently purchased a home on Tabor Rd. That is where I will spend the rest of my life next to my little pond working on keeping the grass cut and garden green. My wife’s resent surgery to remove a brain tumor has made me rethink my staying in the Marines thus the reason I decided to retire.
